Jane Addams is an affordable housing project that offers subsidized housing to disabled individuals. Rent is income based and is 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted annual income. Residents must be 18 or older, one member of the household must be disabled, income may not exceed guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
